Despite being located in the expansion area of Santiago de Compostela, this home had some characteristics which gave it a classic style.

In a complete reform, the irregular floor plan was redistributed with the objective to benefit as much as we can from the natural light. Also we want to not waste any corner that was previously inaccessible. Now, the dining room is a large space that acts as the central axis of the entire house. The equipment, included construction furniture, modulates the rooms where, thanks to the storage spaces, order reigns.
